In the pic above, the Sixth Form Hall is the room with the red dot a the top end. The foyer is immediately above it. The parking area (reserved for repairers) can be accessed from  The Crescent. It is directly to the right of the foyer. 

We will be sharing the venue with Eco Fair stallholders. Please can you set up repair work stations along the left -hand side of the hall facing into the hall, where there are plenty of power sockets.  

The Eco Fair stall holders will be along the right-hand side of the hall and in front of the stage if necessary. The cafe area and the Repair Cafe reception will be in the the foyer area. The  toilets are just off the foyer and an accessible toilet is just a little further down the main corridor, on the left. 

The emergency exits are clearly marked in the hall, and on the plan above..
